When a redesign makes sense
A website redesign means rebuilding the website you already have: a new look, structure and copy, while the domain and the content that works stay. It helps most where the site is hard to read on mobile, loads slowly or brings in no enquiries.

How to keep your search rankings through a redesign
This applies to every redesign, whoever does it:
- List all current page addresses and decide where each one will lead on the new site.
- Redirect old addresses permanently (301) to the closest new page, not all of them to the home page.
- Keep the copy people find you by.
- After launch, submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console and Seznam Webmaster.
- Watch error pages and rankings for a few weeks. Keep the redirects for at least a year.

I already have a website. Is a redesign worth it?
Often yes, especially if it is older, looks bad on mobile or nobody contacts you through it. Send us the link and the design will show you what it could look like.
Will I lose my Google rankings after a redesign?
Rankings are most often lost when page addresses change without redirects. That is why we redirect the old addresses to the new ones and keep the copy that works. Rankings can move for a few weeks after launch. We build the new website to be fast and easy to read on mobile.
Do I need to change my domain?
No. The domain stays yours and the new website runs on your hosting.
Will you use the texts and photos from my current website?
Yes, if they are good. Whatever says nothing we rewrite with you. If photos or a logo are missing, we help you create them.
What if I don't like the design?
Tell us what doesn't work for you and we agree together on how you imagine the website. We adjust the design accordingly. And if working together doesn't make sense for you, we simply stop. The design won't cost you anything.
How much does a redesign cost?
It depends on the scope, mainly the number of pages and whether it is a website or an e-shop. We quote the price after the design, upfront and fixed.
